‘Hunter’s Arena: Revolution’, an action extraction game developed and scheduled to be serviced by Web3 AAA gaming platform, MegaLink, has opened its page on the global PC gaming platform, ‘Steam’. The CBT is currently scheduled to start on July 18th with recruitment beginning as well.
‘Hunter’s Arena: Revolution’ was developed based on the IP of ‘Hunter’s Arena: Legends’, which was released simultaneously on PS4 and PS5 for the first time in Korea and recorded 12 million downloads worldwide. Unlike the previous game, which was of the battle royale genre, this is a Web3 game of the action extraction genre with the goal survival and escape, and is being serviced by MegaLink.
MegaLink is a next generation Web3 gaming platform that serves AAA-level games never before seen in the existing Web3 ecosystem. ‘Hunter’s Arena: Revolution’, which recently opened its Steam page, and ‘The Wild West’, an extraction shooting game being developed with Unreal Engine 5, are currently onboarding. It aims to be a popular platform that encompasses both Web2 and Web3 users,. While operating as a governance token with the ‘MegaLink Token (MG8)’ based on the Binance Smart Chain (BNB).
MegaLink also released its CBT schedule through its Steam page. The CBT will be held for one week from July 18th to the 24th, and players from all over the globe can apply to take part in it. Users who participate in this CBT will be the first to experience the opportunity to explore expansive maps set in Ancient Orient times, battle using various weapons and shining skills, as well as immerse themselves in a survive and escape game full of continuous tension.
The CBT will be held simultaneously on Steam and Epic Games Store, which is scheduled to open at a later date. MegaLink plans to provide rewards to users who participate in the test through various events commemorating the CBT.
