LCS Championship Coming to YouTube Theater in September

The 2024 LCS Championship will be hosted in Los Angeles for the first time

Riot Games today announced the venue for the highly anticipated 2024 League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Finals. For the first time in its history, the LCS Championship will take place in Los Angeles at the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park on September 6-7. This is the first time the LCS Summer Finals will be hosted in Los Angeles, previously being held in major cities such as Chicago, Detroit, and New York City.

 

The League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) is the premier North American professional league for the globally renowned esports title, League of Legends. Established by Riot Games, the LCS features the best teams and players from the region competing in a structured seasonal format for the chance to be crowned the North American champion and qualify for the World Championship. The LCS is supported by world-class partners AT&T (presenting partner of LCS Fan Fest), Mastercard (presenting partner of the LCS Opening Ceremony), Kia (presenting partner of the Kia Award), Samsung, Red Bull, Secretlab, Pagoda, and Sleeper.

 

The YouTube Theater, located within Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California, is a state-of-the-art indoor venue covering three stories and 227,000 square feet, with a seating capacity of approximately 5,000 for this event. This modern arena, coupled with Riot Games’ event expertise, is set to bring fans and pro teams together in a celebration of fandom for League of Legends and the LCS.
