Delabs Games is introducing a Telegram version of its globally popular mobile sports game Boxing Star, which has surpassed 60 million downloads, along with a closed beta test.
Boxing Star X is the Telegram version of the mobile sports game that achieved over $76.9 million USD in global revenue. It retains the distinctive universe and characters of Boxing Star while leveraging Telegram's community features to enhance user collaboration and communication.
The closed beta for Boxing Star X will run for a week, from January 7 to January 14, offering a preview of key features and content ahead of the full release planned for the first quarter.
Additionally, Pavel Durov, the legendary founder of Telegram and an icon in internet history, will appear as a playable character in Boxing Star X. This collaboration is expected to further strengthen the partnership between Telegram and Delabs Games in the gaming platform sector.
In alignment with this initiative, Delabs Games plans to pivot its strategic focus to the Telegram gaming platform and develop games with enhanced social features. Previously, 4:33 Creative Lab (the predecessor of Delabs Games) achieved notable success on the Kakao gaming platform with titles such as Blade. Building on this experience, Delabs Games aims to establish a strong foothold in the rapidly growing Telegram gaming and LINE Mini Dapp markets.
