Seoul, South Korea – June 14, 2023 – Action Square released the first details and trailer for Dungeon Stalkers, a PvEvP dungeon crawler game currently in development by Studio HG. The multiplayer third-person action adventure is planned for PC and mobile this year. In Dungeon Stalkers, players explore and try to escape a fierce, deadly environment while collecting unique items and resources along the way. Studio HG, led by producer Dae-hoon Han, joined Action Square last year to develop the project.
The game’s new teaser video illuminates a mysterious dungeon born from a powerful curse and highlightes the Dungeon Stalkers that players control in search of wealth, glory and truth. Several battle scenes introduce the gallant knight Hilda and the enigmatic hunter Urud while offering a glimpse into their motivations for challenging the fearsome dungeon. Six additional Dungeon Stalkers characters will be revealed leading up to release.
Dungeon Stalkers showcases the unique features and characteristics of each character through a third-person view utilizing Unreal Engine 5. Players can strategically leverage various dungeon elements for an upper hand in PvP conflicts. For example, by extinguishing a light source, players can leap from shadows to ambush opponents and secure a quick victory. Players will also encounter curses in the dungeon that suddenly and dramatically change environments, as well as destructible armor that players will need to analyze on the fly when deciding between fight and flight.
Action Square recruited an all-star developer lineup for Dungeon Stalkers, including veteran producers and art directors from industry titans such as Blizzard, Riot Games, Ubisoft and more.

In addition to the video release, Action Square has opened a Steam page and Discord server. The team will actively communicate with users and incorporate feedback into the official release.
