Set in a medieval fantasy realm, Diplomacy is Not an Option is a base-building survival RTS with an active pause, where your choices decide the destiny of the world. Players step into the well-worn shoes of the minor Lord, forced to fight…like, all the time. And always outnumbered. With over 25,000 enemies ready to attack your castle, you’ll need to build your walls, raise loyal armies, and battle on an entirely new scale. If you hope to survive, you’ll need to master engineering, your economy, and even magic.

Since launching into Early Access in Feb. 2022, Diplomacy has received very positive reviews and has built a dedicated community. 1.0 launch will feature the complete story campaign, bringing the total content to over 100 hours of gameplay.

1.0 Features:

  • Over 30 hours of content in a single playthrough

  • Over 100 hours of content in total in more than 25 missions

  • At least 3 factions to follow in their respective story arcs

  • Multiple choices shaping the story in different ways

  • At least 6 possible endings

  • Various mission goals - from defending your castle to attacking enemy cities, from building your settlement in harsh conditions to escort missions, from killing massive bosses to building unique monuments.

Diplomacy is Not an Option is available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, GOG and Humble now for £19.99/$24.99/€20.99. The price will slightly increase before the 1.0 release.
