Ousiron is excited to announce that the pixel top-down shooter with action-adventure elements, Nazizombie’s Slayer, is in development and will launch on Steam for PC.
Nazizombie's Slayer is set in the 20th century on the continent of Zeihland. It is a single-player top-down shooter with action-adventure elements, where players assume the role of a mysterious adamantine mercenary who arrives in Zeihland and takes up residence in the first branch of the Lanor mercenary guild that opens in the country. As Zeihland wages war against the entire world, players will witness this grim scenario through the eyes of someone who sees it as an opportunity to make a profit.
Players will engage in combat using a variety of weapons and up to three different suits, which can be upgraded. Upgrading suits enhances the player's stats. To deal more damage with melee weapons, players should increase their strength, while investing in resistance stats will make them more resilient.
There is no health bar for the player—any damage will be fatal. It’s crucial to upgrade suits to avoid dying from any hit. Players will need to gather items scattered across levels or loot corpses to sell them later to the bartender at the Lanor guild. The money earned can be spent on new weapons, consumables, valuable information, or suit upgrades.
