FEB 15, 2025 — The Honkai Impact 3rd team announces that the action title is releasing v8.1 Drumming in New Resolutions on FEB 20! Captains will be able to fight along with Kiana's battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, and celebrate the game's anniversary. Enjoy the new events, outfits, and bountiful rewards that await in the upcoming v8.1!

In the v8.1 update, Kiana's battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, will make its debut! Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star is an SD-type battlesuit. On the battlefield, she wields a long staff to sweep enemies and deal Fire DMG. Each hit of her 4-sequence attack accumulates KE and the 4th hit inflicts Passion Marks on enemies to deal AOE DMG. Kiana's recommended weapon and PRI-ARM will also be available. Equip either on her to stack one extra Passion Mark on the sole enemy on the field. In addition, Kiana's recommended stigmata depict scenes of her celebrating with her friends and family over the years. Herrscher of Human: Ego's recommended Divine Key and PRI-ARM Divine Key will also be available in v8.1! Herrscher of Human: Ego's recommended stigmata will also be released.
In v8.1's story interlude, we can find out more about Leylah. Playing the interlude story and activities rewards Crystals, Source Prisms, and more. After the Spring Festival dream crisis in v8.0, Kiana has returned to the real world with Rice Cake and received a new mission from Theresa too. They will go to the festive celebrations at the Moon Base. In this event, Kiana will give us a fun board. After activating the fun board, you can purchase Yearly Chibis to build your team. Play the event to obtain shop tokens and use them to exchange for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and other fantastic rewards. Coralie isn't the only one with a new look. Luna and Vita will also be getting new outfits. Luna's new outfit can be obtained from spend bonuses and Vita's outfit will be available in Outfit Supply!
For anniversary rewards, let's start with the login events. From FEB 13 to FEB 20, log in to obtain Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Log in for seven days after the update to obtain Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and Equipment Supply Card x10. From FEB 25 to MAR 4, log in to obtain S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and more. In v8.1, save 50% on the first 10 drops of Kiana's Battlesuit Supply and earn double rewards from first top-ups. Carnival Supply's pool rotation also rewards 10x Carnival Battlesuit Supply Card x2 to those who participate! Battlesuit Supply Card x5 will also be sent via in-game mail on the day of the update to thank everyone! More events and rewards await, so find out for yourself in v8.1!
