BERLIN – June 8, 2022 – The Pre-Season debut of YAGER’s first-person extraction shooter The Cycle: Frontier is here, free to play today on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Experience a high-stakes mix of PvE and PvP action on your own or with friends in a dynamic sci-fi world featuring persistent maps and seamless matchmaking. Pre-Season is the perfect time to dive in before the release of Season 1 on June 22, delivering the full suite of items and rewards coming in the new edition of the Fortuna Pass.
The Cycle: Frontier’s Pre-Season launch introduces updates and improvements made possible by feedback from the game’s extensive community of over 900k players who joined during alpha and beta events, helping to make The Cycle: Frontier the most wishlisted free-to-play title on Steam.
With the beginning of the Pre-Season, YAGER has also introduced in-game Welcome Packs with a 25% discount. A total of four packs are already available for purchase: the Initiate Pack, Professional Pack, Specialist Pack and Elite Pack. Each includes unique outfits and weapon skins, plus a notable amount of Aurum, Kmarks, and gear.
There will be no wipe before the start of Season 1 on June 22, so players can keep their progress from the Pre-Season.
