The appearance of Tasuke Tokugawa and Ryusuke Domon's new crew, an unexpected old crew's boarding, and suffering continuing from ancient times, overbearing responsibility for humanity's destiny all add to the drama and depth. A grand space opera unfolds, spanning from the tragedy that strikes the sister planets of Garmillas and Iscandar to the resistance by the Bolar Federation against the mysterious black armada and Desler's forces.
