Brush and ink swing, frost chills the scene! The new DLC 'Realm of Frost and Inkwash' will have two cute heroes —— Momo and Lyn. Their designs are inspired by squirrels and argali sheep respectively. One is lively and agile, the other is reserved and tsundere, both with pleasing appearances.
However, don't be fooled by these two heroes' cute appearances into underestimating their abilities! Momo, wearing a Taoist robe, is a 'shapeshifter' hero. He can use ink wash to block the threats and repel the targets. He can also transform into an inkwash-spirit, darting amongst the enemy and striking with a swift blow! The entire battlefield will be his domain.
Unlike the agility of Momo, Lyn from the northern snowy mountains have a reserved appearance, with a face that conveys the message "keep away from strangers". Lyn's core mechanic is hitting on enemy "weak spots" to make them "unbalanced" and then striking the flaw to freeze the enemy and grant them a freezing burial. Based on this combo, Lyn can enhance her execution or weak spots breaking abilities through ascensions, allowing her to defeat enemies in various ways.
In this new DLC, you can not only unlock two new heroes with unique skills, but also experience four weapons [Phoenix Roar], [Starfly], [Tracker], and [Tempest] which Momo brings us from the painting world. Notably, [Phoenix Roar] and [Starfly] belong to the new weapon type "Staff" added in this DLC.
Staff is designed as a main weapon for skill-based combat, allowing you to deal DMG by the staff while using hero skills. There will be some "interaction" within the staff attack and hero skills. Besides, don't judge a staff by its look! More unexpected shapes might blow your mind. It may bring many surprises in future updates.
