Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus Launches Machines of War this June

Giant War Machines Take the Field in one of the Largest Tacticus Updates of 2024

Berlin, Germany – May 23, 2024 | Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus brings new levels of firepower to the battlefield with the launch of Machines of War. For many months, Tacticus players have deployed their champions on an endless crusade. Now, for the first time, players will be able to call upon machines of mass destruction in the 41st millennium.


Machines of War Features
  • Players will now be able to deploy a sixth unit onto the battlefield. The machine appears off the hex grid as a stationary weapon.
  • Machines have two main abilities, a primary which is always active. The secondary can be either an active or passive ability.
  • Machines are usable in the following game modes:
    • Arena
    • Tournament Arena (Machines will be available in some tournaments but not all tournaments)
    • Guild Raids
    • Guild War
World Eaters Update

World Eaters fans have collected a lot of skulls lately. This month, Azkor the Exalted Eightbound will be joining Khorne’s ranks in Tacticus.
