Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle gameplay reel showcases VR action’s candy-themed weapons, locations and minigames

March 12, 2024. JollyCo is delighted to unveil the latest gameplay reel for Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle, showcasing the game’s features ahead of an exciting year for the family-friendly VR FPS.

 

Building on last year’s successful PC debut via Meta Quest and PICO, JollyCo is set to launch Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle on PlayStation VR2 and Steam, bringing a slew of improvements and enhanced visuals to the game. Developers also plan to release additional content for the game later this year, which will include new levels and enemy types, as well as fresh gameplay scenarios.

 

The new reel offers a sneak peek at the weapons, bosses, locations and minigames that the player will come across in Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle.

Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle is a family-friendly, wave/rail-style first-person VR shooter filled with challenging levels and fun minigames. Armed with candy-themed guns and upgrades, players are tasked with repelling an invasion of a pastry army. Defend the castle against the waves of cake intruders who try to stage a coup d’etat in the Sugar Kingdom!

 

First launched in the Meta App Lab in June 2023, Sugar Mess – Let’s Play Jolly Battle expands JollyCo’s beloved Jolly Battle universe of PC & mobile titles to virtual reality, inviting players of all ages to immerse themselves in the fairy tale realm of the Sugar Kingdom and explore the story of the mysterious Sugar Prince.
