SOEDESCO® acquires development studio: Kyodai

SOEDESCO and Kyodai continue focussing on Truck Driver®

Rotterdam, The Netherlands – 06 September 2023 – SOEDESCO announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Bulgarian independent development studio Kyodai. This acquisition will give SOEDESCO access to Kyodai's impressive development resources and talent, strengthening its content pipeline. Kyodai will be maintaining its ability to develop projects with creativity and ambition.

Based in Sofia, Bulgaria and with over ten employees, Kyodai, known for its first game 'ELEA', is centered around innovative and high-quality gameplay experiences. Currently, the team is focused on the development of the highly anticipated Truck Driver: The American Dream, expanding the Truck Driver IP.
