The 2023 Taipei Game Show (hereinafter referred to as TGS) debuted on February 2nd, bringing 275 vendors from 25 countries, showing 250 games and consoles, hardware, e-sports, etc. The TGS and exciting activities provided by the vendors have attracted a large number of gamers to join.
There are 136 businesses in the B2B ZONE, which include vendors from home and abroad, industry associations, and independent game developers from 24 countries. B2B matchmaking services are also provided on-site and online. In addition, TGS has signed memorandums of cooperation with G-STAR and BIC Festival of South Korea, brining more transnational exchange opportunities for the industry in the future.

Asia Pacific Game Summit (hereinafter referred to as APGS) is hosting physical conferences this year. The first day of APGS was led by the Metaverse Forum to explore the trend of metaverse-related technologies for brands, bringing rich knowledge to the industry. The APGS annual conference is hosted on Feb. 3, with 13 incredible sessions brought by the game producers, technical directors, art designers, and marketing leads from the iconic studios and companies of the game industry.

"Tower of Saviors" Invites Its Fans to Celebrate the title’s 10th Anniversary
The 10th-anniversary edition of the "Tower of Saviors" has the biggest booth this time, providing freebies and gifts to its long-term players. The fans were also invited to do a dance at its 10th-anniversary celebration. As for console games, Xbox presented its PC Game Pass and new works such as "Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty" and "Lies of P", and invited popular independent game producers to share their experiences. Nintendo, which will exhibit in Taiwan for the first time, will present "Splatoon 3", attracting players to get in line for limited goods; "Nintendo Switch Sports" will also invite parents and children to feel the fun. For the first time, KOEI TECMO will exhibit "Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty" and a live-sized Lü Bu statue. In addition, "Atelier Ryza 3:Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key", "Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse", and "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" will also be popular spots in the venue.
In order to welcome the gamers, exhibitors have made efforts to launch activities to excite participants. "Ragnarok ORIGIN", which is the theme of its booth, will have activities and limited gifts. The "Fate/Grand Order" booth will recreate scenes from the game. "Pretty Derby" will recreate the in-game racetrack as well, attracting players to take photos.
