Japanese independent game developer viv is pleased to announce that the multilingual version of the PC game (Windows/MacOS) "Saihate Station" will be available on Steam starting March 7, 2025.
The game interface will be available in Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, with additional support for Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Thai, and Vietnamese, thanks to volunteer translations. The game will be available for free.
Changes from the original version include added languages, new graphics, and a newly composed ending song, allowing even fans who have already played the game to enjoy minor updates.

"Saihate Station" is a free PC game that was initially released in Japanese only on May 18, 2024. It successfully raised 2,703,862 yen (135% of its goal) through crowdfunding to create a localized version.

"After falling asleep on the last train, I woke up in a bizarre place called Saihate Station..."
An exploration/horror/adventure game about the codependent, love-hate relationship between two men.
The main characters Haru Akinashi and Shion Tatsunami are both 26 years old and work in the same company.
Since Haru joined the company two months earlier, Shion calls him "Senpai."
They are complete opposites: Shion is cheerful and adept at everything, while Haru is a slow worker who lacks confidence.
Feeling inferior, and even a little envious, Haru starts to distance himself from Shion.
But a twist of fate brings both of them to Saihate Station, where they make a promise to work together and return home.
Their interactions are awkward at first, given the estrangement, but with each problem they overcome together, Haru recalls their former friendship, and their bond grows stronger than before.
Then, the whole truth of Saihate Station is revealed.
What will become of their feelings? And what are their destinations?

⚫︎DLC "Twilight Railway" to be Released on Steam on April 18
A new, original episode focusing on Shion Tatsunami, Haru's companion, will be available as paid DLC. This episode offers the same volume as the main game. Players will control Shion, who was an assist character in the main story, as he explores the ruins of a station colored by the sunset, uncovering the past and searching for true happiness.
It is strongly recommended to complete all routes in the main "Saihate Station" game before playing this DLC.
