January 10 2024, Connecticut - Fancy Fish Games is excited to share that their voxel colony sim and base building RPG Aground Zero, including local split-screen multiplayer, will enter Steam Early Access on January 18th, 2024.
The world has ended. You are deep underground, and all alone save for a cheery AI companion. You will have to mine and build to survive, and search for other survivors to help you. Will you be able to reach the surface? And what will you find when you get there?
The Early Access launch will take players from being stranded underground, to building an underground base, rescuing other survivors, building vehicles and ascending to the surface. There is lots more planned for Early Access updates as well - such as the first spaceship, new areas, and a moon base!

Aground is a 3D spinoff of Fancy Fish Games’ successful pixel-art mining and crafting RPG Aground (2020). It takes place during the same events of the original game, although knowledge of Aground is not necessary to play.
