PORTLAND, AUGUST 29, 2023 -  Phew! Panic just announced a ton of things at the first Panic Game Publishing Showcase. Let’s recap!  

WORLD EXCLUSIVE: ARCO  

Enter the breathtakingly beautiful world of Arco, a unique tactical action game where your decisions shape the story. Journey through lush forests, sweeping plains, and scorching deserts as you guide four unlikely heroes in their vendetta against the Red Company gang. Battle warriors of different nations, fend off greedy colonizers, and slay monstrous creatures as you voyage across this enchanted land. Change your fate, one move at a time.

Arco's development is fueled by a talented global team: Polish pixel artist Franek Nowotniak, Australian game developer Max Cahill, Spanish composer and sound designer José Ramón "Bibiki" García, and Mexican industry veteran Antonio "Fáyer" Uribe. Arco is set to release in 2024 on PC.  

THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE HERE!  

Thank Goodness You’re Here! is the new game from Will and James of UK based Coal Supper. First revealed last week at gamescom Opening Night Live 2023, Thank Goodness You’re Here! will be released in 2024 on PC, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.  

Nour: Play With Your Food has a release date! The meal will be ready on September 12 on PC and PlayStation 5 & 4.  

Panic also announced that they will be publishing Time Flies by Playables, developers of Kids and Plug & Play. Time Flies will be landing in 2024 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC.  

despelote debuted some new gameplay featuring a fresh new look at the creation of the game. despelote is shooting to release early next year on PC, Xbox Series S|X and PlayStation 5.    

Panic also announced that they will be publishing the next game from Okomotive, makers for FAR: Lone Sails and FAR: Changing Tides. The game will be set outside the FAR universe and will be their largest game to date. More will be announced at a later date.  

Last but not least, Panic is also pleased to reveal that they are once again working with House House (Untitled Goose Games, Push Me Pull You). While details are under wraps for now, the game will not be a sequel to Untitled Goose Game and is definitely not what you would expect from the team!  

For folks bound for Seattle, Washington for PAX West 2023 - Panic will be present at the show with a booth at the new Summit Building, Booth #1917 with the first playable demos for Thank Goodness You’re Here! and Arco. Demos for despelote, NOUR: Play With Your Food, and Time Flies.

Playdates will also be playable at PAX West, including the first ever playable demo for Lucas Pope’s Mars After Midnight!
