Annapurna Interactive and iam8bit, in distribution partnership with Skybound Games, are excited for fans to bring the retail physical edition of Stray home today on PlayStation 4. The retail physical edition includes six full-color art cards alongside the physical copy of the game.
Stray is the critically acclaimed third-person cat adventure game developed by BlueTwelve Studio that captured the hearts of cat lovers and players across the world when it launched earlier this year. Players explore a decaying city and unravel an ancient mystery as they control an extremely tenacious cat. Due to popular demand, PlayStation 4 owners can now own a physical copy of Stray, previously available as a physical release only for PlayStation 5. PlayStation 4 owners will also receive a free upgrade to the new-gen version included at no additional cost. The physical version of Stray on PlayStation 4 is available for purchase at retailers and at stray.iam8bit.com.
Pre-orders for the iam8bit Exclusive Edition also start today for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. They're available exclusively via iam8bit.com and include a poster, six art cards, and a fuzzy cat patch. A double LP vinyl soundtrack by composer Yann Van Der Cruyssen is also available for pre-order. The iam8bit Exclusive Edition will begin shipping in Q4 2022 while the upcoming vinyl will ship in Q1 2023.
