[Zaragoza, Spain - November 13, 2024] - Developer Disaster Games and publisher Selecta Play are excited to announce that Morkull Ragast’s Rage, the upcoming 2D action platformer that puts you in control of the villain, will launch on December 4th exclusively with a physical edition of the game on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. The digital edition of Morkull Ragast’s Rage will launch on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S at a later date. In Morkull Ragast’s Rage, embrace evil as you control Morkull, the villain of this story, in this 2D action platformer. With fourth wall breaks, pop culture references, and a humorous lighthearted atmosphere, Morkull is aware that not only is he in a video game, but that he’s controlled by you and the developers that created him. That’s why it’s up to you to help Morkull escape Ragast so he can rule the world and carry out his plans for evil.
Inspired and influenced by traditional animated films and your favorite two-dimensional video games, Morkull Ragast’s Rage is completely hand-drawn and animated frame-by-frame. This brings the entire game’s cast of characters and world to life alongside a combat system that lets you tap into Morkull’s wide selection of combos and abilities – he’s the God of Death and Darkness, after all!
