First Look: ALIEN RPG Second Edition Ship and Colony Maps

Ahead of the Kickstarter campaign later this fall, Free League is excited to share the first new content reveal for ALIEN The Roleplaying Game Second Edition. Today, let’s take a look at some brand-new maps for the game.

These detailed, full-color maps will be in format 864x558mm (34x22 inches) and are designed to scale for the new RPG miniatures that are also part of the upcoming Kickstarter, as well as the expanded stealth mode in the updated game rules. Using these maps, the miniatures, and the updated rules, ALIEN RPG 2e can even be played as a miniatures skirmish game.

The maps shown below, designed by acclaimed map artist Miska Fredman (Astraterra), show two decks of the USCSS Fidanza, a Nostromo-style spaceship, and the mining colony Jeremiah VI. Both are included in the new cinematic adventure Rapture Protocol. Similar maps of the Hadley's Hope colony (as seen in ALIENS) will be included in the Hope's Last Day Starter Set.

A press kit for ALIEN The Roleplaying Game Second Edition, including these maps in higher resolution, artwork, and more, can be found here.

Thank you for sharing this news with your audience! If you have any questions, please let us know, and we’ll gladly help you out.
