26th March - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Indie game dev Noio (Kingdom & New Lands) announced today during the Twitch+Xbox showcase that Cloud Gardens, a relaxing game about reclaiming an abandoned wasteland that’s been making waves on PC, will be coming to Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One this year.
What’s more, there’s also a major industrial themed update coming to the Steam Early Access version of the game today, with all new plants, levels, and objects for Gardeners to enjoy.

In Cloud Gardens, players must harness the power of nature to overgrow lo-fi scenes of urban decay and manufactured landscapes. They can create endlessly in sandbox mode, or dive into a multi-chapter “campaign”, honing their skills as a cultivator to unlock a variety of plant life.
“The industrial update is big, but it’s based on a simple idea: turn a factory into a forest,” said Thomas van den Berg, Creator of Cloud Gardens. “We’re digging deeper into Cloud Gardens’ central theme of reclamation and care. Plus, it’s super fun!’
He’s also excited to see his work open up to a wider audience: “The Early Access community has already produced some amazing gardens so far, and I can’t wait to see what Xbox players come up with.”
