In The Cecil: The Journey Begins, players will take on the role of John, waking up in a dark cell realising his wife, Sarah, has gone missing, on a should-be romantic hotel getaway. Instead of rekindling their romance, John must frantically explore the hotel’s decaying and claustrophobic corridors in a desperate attempt to find Sarah, taking on the unknown terrors that lurk in the darkness. Shadows watch, walls whisper. In the Cecil hotel, you’re never alone.
The Cecil: The Journey Begins is infested with nightmares beyond comprehension. With each trembling footstep, horror fans can look forward to facing monsters that linger in the shadows and in your mind, twisted puzzles the hotel wants you to play, and desperate shooter style combat with hideous, unfathomable creatures. Every door holds a secret… but some should stay locked forever.
