The Foddian soccer platforming game offers more content than what you're used to from the genre, with various layers of hell to ascend, each with their own unique challenges. And remember: one mistake and you could lose a ton of progress! But that won't happen... if you have the skills!
What is a" Foddian" game? A game with straightforward mechanics that is very challenging, requires precision and is unforgiving of mistakes. “Foddian” refers to the creator of the first (and most popular) game in the genre, Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy.
Ascending Inferno may be challenging at times, but more accessible and forgiving and tells the story of two siblings climbing their way up from hell. Face the struggle together and take comfort in knowing you're not alone!

About the Studio
Oppolyon, founded in July 2022 by Rebecca, Isaac, Ben, and Bas, emerged from a shared passion for game development. Uncertain about their debut project, the team embarked on a series of weekend game jams, exploring diverse genres to unearth inspiration. From platformers to horror, roguelikes, and real-time strategy, each session ignited creativity and experimentation.
